Q: WHAT IS THE QUALITY LIKE?
A: We use the best materials for our items. The tees are warm and durable (100% cotton) and the hoodies are thick and made using a perfect cotton blend for maximum comfort, durability and print quality. Sewed seams are hidden and professionally done.
Q: IS THERE ANY SIZE DEVIATION?
Because the products are manually measured, there will be an error of about 1-3 cm.
Different styles will cause different sizes. Please refer to the physical tank measurement to measure the size table so that you can choose more suitable clothes.
Based on customer feedback, we recommend choosing one size up for a more comfortable fit. Please refer to our Size Guidebefore placing an order to ensure the best fit possible.
Q: WHY DOES THE COLOR LOOK A LITTLE DIFFERENT IN PERSON?
A: Due to the differences in the display of various equipment screen materials, there will be a certain color difference, and we will try to reduce the errors as muchas possible, but this problem does not belong to the product quality problem.
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once all of your items have been shipped. When receiving your tracking number(s), please allow up to 3-7 days for it to be activated in the shipping company's system.
You can then track your order by inputting your tracking number following the ‘trackorder’ link at the bottom of the page
